The warranty period is in the range of 24 month from the moment of the date of purchase provided that transportation, mounting, storage and maintenance conform the rules and standards. The date of purchase shall be specified in the warranty certificate. If there is not a mark in it, the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of purchase basing on the marks in the documents confirming the fact of purchase.
Any complaints for quantity, completeness and external defects of the goods may be accepted by the producer in a written form and shall be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
In case of a failure to respect the above-mentioned time limits, the objections over the delivered goods on the aforementioned grounds may not be accepted.
The producer shall undertake repairs or gratis equipment replacement within the warranty period.
Warranty repairs shall not imply:
- Periodic maintenance
- Mounting and/or unmounting of the equipment
- Equipment settings
To perform warranty repairs the user shall transfer the equipment in a complete set sufficient for providing such repairs, the operating manual with a mark of the purchased date and a payment document that may confirm the fact of purchase.
The equipment model shall conform to the model specified in the operating manual (in the Certificate of the Acceptance).
The warranty shall not extend:
- To defects caused by improper handling in the process of mounting, maintenance, storage or transportation as well as defects occurred due to force majeure (natural disasters, vandalism, etc.) or external circumstances (the power fluctuations, electric discharges, etc.) and so on;
- To equipment having the traces of external tampering or repairing provided by unauthorized persons;
- To external equipment damages (external changes required for its mounting may not be considered as damages) and internal nodes of the equipment;
- To any hardware devices and software not produced under the Comeforta trademark even if they have been packed and sold with the products by Comeforta;
- To any finishing and body parts of the device as well as other details that shall have time limits on their use;
- if the model and brand of the presented equipment do not comply with the information indicated on the package as well as in the operating manual;
- in case of violation of the sequence and rules of mounting, storage, transportation and maintenance;
- upon expiry of the warranty period;
- if the equipment have been connected to the power network that does not comply with the technical specifications indicated in the operating manual;
- in case of the improper use of the equipment;
- in case of untimely maintenance.
